This is not a game that we've done anything with, but I personally support it. They don't even know who I am or that I am posting this. They are short on time and not far from funding the level editor feature. The game is a great idea. If you've never heard of it, you should check it out. Below is a link to the kickstarter; you can find all the info there. The game AND the developers of it (Skookum-Arts) deserve all the attention they get. The Pedestrian - Kickstarter... I look back and find my lack of content here to be... funny. We aren't dead. We still have big plans, but things have definitely moved away from our currently projected objectives. Gaming teams? Another community? Game reviews? The thing is, EvilEye Games was started for one thing - to make games. And so far we have been failing hardcore at that "simple" task. However, we've been business. Over the years, my growing needs for certain web products has driving a lot of pr... Read The Full Article

As some readers may know, I am a pretty big fan of the Legend of Zelda game series as well as Nintendo in general. So I when the opportunity came up to grab Nintendo's newest game system - the New 3DS XL - branded for Zelda fans, I had to jump on it. I've had the system pre-ordered for a while and was finally able to pick it up about 2 weeks ago; October 30th to be exact.  Here are some pictures showing my unboxing of Nintendo's New 3DS XL, Hyrule Edition.... Halo 5: Guardians will be released tomorrow, October 27th of 2015. I will be in line late tonight to grab my copy at midnight. Hope to see you online! I was lucky enough to play the online beta last December and I honestly found it to feel like a pretty solid Halo game. My friends and I seemed to agree on the general consensus that it felt more like a Halo game than Halo 4, which in our opinions seemed to feel a little more like a Call of Duty game. Either way, it has b... Read The Full Article

Today - October 23rd, 2015 - The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes was released for the Nintendo 3DS. I was lucky enough to check it out during the pre-release demo and was extremely pleased. You could play locally or online (during limited times) with 2 other players. I was only able to get time enough to play with other random players online (no local play) but - aside from some latency issues and a couple individuals more interested in trying to upset their teamm... Hatsune Miku, the iconic virtual pop star from Vocaloid, finally has a game released to the North American region for Nintendo's 3DS - Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX. There was a launch bundle that included a high quality fabric wallet chain and 19 double sided AR cards. I was able to grab this bundle for the same price I would have paid for the game alone, so it was a good decision and opportunity for me. Perhaps you can have the same luck? The game itself is a musi... Read The Full Article

While using a layout defined in the documentation of MDL, I noticed a oddity with my results compared to what the documentation was showing. The icon that opens the left drawer menu (a menu that slides in and out from the left of the page) was much higher up on my page than their example. It was noticeably bad. The icon in the top left is too high up and looks bad. I fixed the issue, though I don't completely know why this did it. If anyone has some insight, feel fre... Read The Full Article

If you are a member of Club Nintendo and haven't heard yet, the program will be shut down in June of this year. Here are some critical dates to remember and things you'll want to keep in mind. Before I get to the sour notes, let me excitedly state that Nintendo does plan on releasing a new program of some kind to replace Club Nintendo, but no details on that are available at this time. 1/20/2015 - Games released after January 20th 2015 will not include Club Nintendo... With the holiday season soaring toward us, I am finding our time to become increasingly limited. There are still gifts to buy, nuggets to create, and lots to develop; but I am trying to keep in mind - there is also a lot to play. For owners of an Xbox One and fans of the Halo series, this Christmas brings along with it an excellent (but limited time) opportunity to play Halo 5: Guardians in the game's beta testing. To get access, just pick up a copy of "Halo: Master Ch... Read The Full Article
