In Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal, Ratchet and Clank once again team up for an all-new adventure that combines diverse gameplay with elements of action, exploration, adventure, puzzle-solving, strategy, and role-playing into one experience. Together with the Q-Force, Ratchet and Clank set off to uncover the schemes of the sinister Dr. Nefarious and keep the galaxy safe for organic life. As one of three characters, you can now wield new weapons and gadgets, gain access to an array of vehicles, and master all-new abilities. The game also features both single-player and multiplayer (offline and online) gameplay.

What happens to heroes after they've saved the world? Ratchet and his robotic sidekick Clank on a post-adventure adventure, traveling across the universe to stop the next evil threat. Ratchet & Clank is a 3rd-person action platformer, with a heavy emphasis on blowing things up. The player is supplied with an all-new arsenal of weapons along with some old favorites. The game features an RPG-like experience system that allows the player to build up weapons into more powerful forms. Hovercraft races, space battles, and monster arenas are all tossed into the mix with the platforming elements.

Ratchet and Clank return for a new intergalactic adventure, one laced with role-playing game elements, in this follow-up to 2002's hit platform game starring the cat-like Ratchet and his robotic companion, Clank. Players can now watch as Ratchet becomes stronger as he gains experience points and acquires upgradeable weapons and five levels of armor. Players will also earn cash by competing in hovercraft races, fighting in gladiatorial arenas, and engaging in space combat. A total of 20 weapons and gadgets are available to blast enemies, including the lava gun that spews magma on unsuspecting foes. The action takes place on 20 all-new planets with areas nearly one-and-a-half times larger than those found in the first game.

Explore action-packed battlefields and wipe out waves of enemies with outrageous weapons. Classic Ratchet & Clank gameplay returns with a base-defense twist, including competitive and co-op cross-play for the PS3 and PS Vita.

We find our heroes in the midst of a dilemma of intergalactic proportions when Dr. Nefarious' latest evil plan goes awry leaving Ratchet, Clank, Qwark and Nefarious himself caught in the snare of a powerful and mysterious machine. Begrudgingly, the Galaxy's biggest do-gooders and its most sinister criminal must work together to discover a means of escape in this action-packed installment of the Ratchet & Clank series.
