Patrician III: Rise of the Hanse

The classic city-building simulation is back with new features based in the Middle Ages. In Patrician III, you must build cities, manage economies, and battle pirates in the effort to grow your small town into a major trading center. As you expand your empire, you can establish new trade routes to trade the surplus from one region to those in need and reap the profits. Amass your wealth and economic power in single-player mode or with seven other players connected through a local network or the Internet.
