A re-release of Konami's survival-horror game, Silent Hill 2. The new version includes elements from the Xbox version, including the "Born from a Wish" extra side-story. The game was re-released in Japan and Europe with these extra features, as "Silent Hill 2 - Director's Cut". It was then was brought to America as the PlayStation Greatest Hits version of Silent Hill 2.
