The game starts off with an army soldier (afterwards referred to as "Bazooka Bill") to save a general called "General MacArthur" who has been kidnapped by a nasty revolutionary faction.
First, the game starts off with Bazooka Bill and bunch of enemies and these are attacks the player can use: punches, throwing knife, machine gun, flame thrower and a bazooka (only in Level 3).
