Disaster: Day of Crisis is a video game developed by Monolith Soft and published by Nintendo. It is an action-adventure survival game, where the player must survive through various natural disasters, all the while also battling terrorists and rescuing civilians. According to Nintendo, the game features "cutting-edge physics and gripping visuals" to re-create the sheer terror of major catastrophes.

Party-based tactics and story-driven strategy return with all new graphics, animations, and sound in this sequel to 1999's critically praised Disciples: Sacred Lands. Instead of introducing any major plot twists or radical gameplay alterations, Disciples II is designed to build upon the strengths of the original title, enhancing the distinct blend of role-playing options and strategic challenges and continuing the epic storyline. The narrative of Disciples II begins about a decade after the great war of the first game left the land in a state a battered chaos. Once again, players can choose to lead one of four opposing factions, each with the same general goal of dominance over the land and each approaching the conquest from its own distinct perspective. A character known as the Chosen One takes his place among the player's faction, applying his heroic purpose to the particulars of the nation's cause. The focus on long-term strategy and party battle tactics from the first game is retained in this sequel, though further attention has been given to the role-playing aspects of the game with more fully developed, interrelated storylines. Greater choice in character development comes with expanded advancement trees and leader abilities. Many more sub-quests and side-adventures are also incorporated, but designed not to interfere with the meat-and-potatoes strategy that defines the series.

Disciples II: Gallean's Return is a compilation edition that includes the base game, Disciples II: Dark Prophecy, plus the two standalone expansions Disciples II: Guardians of the Light and Disciples II: Servants of the Dark. Disciples II: Guardians of the Light is a stand-alone expansion that lets you dive into the fantastical world of Disciples II as either the Empire or the Mountain Clans. The Empire is decaying from within as self-proclaimed rulers struggle for control of the now vacant throne while a cruel Inquisition sweeps across the human lands, causing rebellion and misery. Meanwhile the Clans, recovering from their near-destruction, begin to reunite their tribes. They have received divine instructions and now seek to uncover an ancient ritual that will let them communicate with their god, Wotan. Disciples II: Servants of the Dark is a stand-alone expansion that brings you into the never-ending quest for supremacy as either the Undead Hordes or the Legions of the Damned. On the dark side, the Legions of the Damned enact a plan to spread Bethrezens plague across Nevendaar. They sense the threat brought about by the rebirth of the Elven god and will stop at nothing to steal this power for their own purposes. Perhaps most pivotal to the conflict, however, is Mortis and her army of Undead Hordes. After all, the rebirth of her husband Gallean was her doing. He had rejected her for what she had become, a twisted, heartless beast. Now she would teach her mate a lesson... one that would scar his people for eternity...

Disciples III: Renaissance is a turn-based strategy game. gameplay is a bit similar to Heroes of Might and Magic series The player assumes the role of one of the lords of Nevendaar. This new episode contains three playable races, 'The Empire', 'The Legions of the Damned' and the 'Elven Alliance', with the remaining factions making an addition in planned expansions. The battle system is completely different from that of previous Disciples games. Units are able to move around the battlefield and make use of terrain for fortifications.[5] The player's hero is highly customizable. His abilities as well as his armor and weapons can be changed. All of the equipment changes are noticeable on the actual character model.

In 1983 Bally midway released the follow up to the original Tron game titled Discs of Tron. In Discs of Tron the game recreates the disc fighting sequence of the movie where you progress through different platforms in a disc battle against the evil enemy Sark. Once again players utilize an 8-way joystick for moving with one button for firing and a rotary dial for controlling the direction of the fire.
