Elvira II: The Jaws of Cerberus is an adventure/RPG first-person game. You begin by choosing one of the four classes for your character (which determines your starting attributes, such as Strength, Intelligence etc.). For movement, you click the arrows in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Collecting items can be done via clicking on them in the first-person view window and dragging them into your inventory. (You can also click the "room" icon to see all the items that you've found in the room so far.) Should you encounter monsters, you fight by clicking on them. You can choose one of the four tactics (Normal, Defense, Fierce, Berserk) when fighting, and there's a number of different weapons you can find in the game. If you meet someone who doesn't want to murder you (a very rare occurrence) you can talk to him, though conversations are pretty simple and consist mainly of short phrases. As you defeat monsters, explore the game world and cast spells (see below), you get experience. Once you have enough experience, you gain a level, and your attributes improve. Thanks to Elvira's spellbook she gave you, you have the ability to create and cast spells. Some spells can be used to heal yourself, protect you in combat or damage your enemies, other are necessary to solve certain puzzles and make progress in the game. Creating a spell requires you to be of high enough level and to have the proper ingredients, different for every spell. The ingredients are usually gone forever once the spell is ready, so beware and don't use up any items vital for completing the game! Casting a spell requires you to use some amount of Power Points (PP), which regenerate automatically but slowly. What's more, you only get a limited number of castings when you prepare a spell, so don't waste them.

The game begins following events of the 1988 film Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. After the death of the evil Uncle Elmo, the witch Elvira inherited Castle Killbragant and restored it its former glory, planning to turn it into a tourist attraction for horror fans. However, while doing this, Elvira has inadvertently returned to life her ancient ancestor, the Satan-worshipping sorceress Queen Emelda the Evil, along with several hundred of her monstrous followers. The player's character has been called upon to help by Elvira to help her prevent the full resurrection of Queen Emelda, who died before she could take over the world after obtaining ultimate magic and now plans to rule it again. In the beginning of the game the player is captured by Emelda's minions then rescued by Elvira and asked to help get her powers back and to find a way to send Emelda back to hell before it's too late.

A conversion of the classic Boulder Dash game. The player is deep down in a cave and have to collect emeralds and diamonds while evading monsters - and the laws of gravity, which have the annoying habit of squishing him with huge rocks if he happens to stand beneath one as it falls down. The game also has a two-player mode where two people can rid caves of their valuables at the same time - in addition to the 80 levels, there are 20 exclusive two-player levels.

Emerald Mine II is an Boulder Dash variant and features no gameplay changes in comparison to its predecessor besides the new level editor. The player's goal is to collect diamonds which are surrounded by dirt. When walking over an dirt spot, it is cleared and an stone above it will fall down - with unhealthy results if the player or a monster is hit by it. Other items are dynamite to clear out boulders and keys for certain doors. The need to plan ahead and find out the required steps to reach the diamonds give the game a puzzle-solving character. Besides the about hundred levels in single-player, there are additional levels for two players.

Emergency Call Ambulance is an arcade game released in October of 1999 by Sega. It is a single-player game, and the controls are made up of a steering wheel, gearshift, and gas and brake pedals. The game has been noted for being exceptionally hard, mainly in the cases after the first victim. There are two forms of gameplay: Automatic Transmission and Manual Transmission.
