The first Harvest Moon game for the PS2 takes a little deviance from all the other games in the series. The goal this time around is to save your town from being turned into a resort next year. The game focuses more on relationships than making money - which is the goal in all other Harvest Moon games to date. You still are running a farm and must succeed in the life of a farmer, but the actual gameplay rewards those who interact with the townspeople over those who just work the fields.

Harvest Moon: Tale of Two Towns is a Life Simulation Role-playing Game (RPG) for Nintendo DS. The game features classic Life Sim gameplay involving farming, the raising and care of animals and eventual marriage. Additional features include an all-new storyline involving the player in an ongoing rivalry between two towns, the ability to play as either a boy or a girl, an in-game quest bulletin board system, wireless functionality allowing you to visit friends in-game fields, new in-game activities and more.

Long ago the towns of Bluebell and Konohana were friendly neighbors, joined together by a tunnel underneath the mountain that separates the towns. Eventually the towns started to disagree with each other on whose town had the best cooking cuisine. As the villagers became more obnoxious with each other, the Harvest Goddess became more annoyed with them. One day she finally put her foot down and collapsed the tunnel between the towns, cutting them off from each other. Now the only interaction the towns have with each other is at their cooking festival, where their cooking conflict continues four times per season. As a new farmer, you are eager to start your new life at one of the towns but a freak travel accident makes you to forget what town you originally were going to live in! Listen to each mayor's story, hear about each town, and then decide where you want to start your new farm life.

In Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility, players find themselves in a troubled island town which once prospered with life and energy, but is now in serious trouble. You must help to rebuild the island by tending to the earth, befriending and raising animals, nurturing friendships, and creating a family. Long-time Harvest Moon fans as well as new players will find an exciting, involving storyline and plenty of activities including cultivating crops, caring for animals, and participating in festivals. All-new controls for the Nintendo Wii Remote give players the chance to feel like they're really farming!

Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law is based off of the Adult Swim show of the same name. The game is more of an interactive story that leads your through five separate cases and features characters from the TV show. The gameplay is mostly consistent of exploring crime scenes, finding evidence, talking to cartoon character witnesses and give try to prove the innocence of your client by any needs necessary. You only are allowed five crests during your court hearing, losing all five when making a mistake will result in having to restart back at the last checkpoint and starting over again. Picking certain moves while talking to other people can result in extra crests for your court hearing or even unlock a Street Fighter cameo (Guile, Dhalsim, Zangief, Ryu and Chun Li) that will unlock a secret movie that you can view.
