Microsoft announced that Games with Gold will be going to the Xbox One as well as staying with the Xbox 360. As a reminder of what this is, this essentially gives people with an Xbox Live Gold membership a free game twice a month via digital download over Xbox Live. They have given away some pretty decent titles; so it's worth keeping an eye on.
Curious about what games have been released so far? Check out the complete list here: Games with Gold Complete List

The GameCube controller was one of the best gaming controllers we've ever seen in my opinion. It's a perfect size and features a lot of buttons yet does not feel to crowded. If you've never used one, you may be getting another chance to use it with this generation of gaming consoles. Nintendo announced the GameCube Controller Adapter for the Wii U. It specifically mentions it being used for Super Smash Bros on the Wii U; but I'd be surprised if it doesn't become a "f... Read The Full Article

Hey everyone. Just wanted to apologize for not having this month's nugget up on time. I could spend a few minutes ranting on about it not being ready, it was under cooked, it wasn't crispy enough... but honestly, time just got the best of me. I had the thing ready nearly a week ago; but just never got him online.
Anyway, the problem has been resolved as he is officially available. Also, as an apology, this guy is worth 10 additional experience points; so 20 total. Hope... Read The Full Article

I use OneNote now for a number of things. I really like its free-form style of editing that allows me to throw icons, screenshots, and text onto a page with little to no structure; yet it still gives you the tools to make it look good. Plus it's free.
Another awesome feature is that it can sync across multiple devices if you store your data on the cloud (in your OneDrive), which it makes overwhelmingly simple to do. However, this feature caused me a little frustrati... Read The Full Article

The Steam Summer Sale began yesterday. Personally, I love this event because I tend to get a lot of really great games for very little money. It's common to see items reduced by 50%, 75%, or even as high as 90% or more. Yes, there are a lot of little games that many may not have heard of; but there are a number of well known titles that will go for way less then you'd ever see anywhere else. And to be perfectly honest, I find those little games to be a lot of fun... and... Read The Full Article

Hello readers, welcome to the first article following an unboxing of a Loot Crate. Don't know what a Loot Crate is? Well it is a subscription service for less than $20 a month including shipping. EvilEye Games has completed their first official game: Sneaky Agent Man. It was made in 6 days calendar time with dramatically less actual time to work and prevented every night from providing a normal, healthy sleep pattern. With only two developers on hand, we made the decision to use RPG Maker as an engine - which I am quite pleased with overall. There were some caveats to this decision, but ultimately it was fun and simple to work with. We were developing against... Read The Full Article
