We have a lot of planned features for the future of EvilEye Games. To ensure our site doesn't just die, we will be releasing select features at specific intervals of time. Our goal is to turn these features out within weeks rather than months or years. The other part of this plan is keeping the community not only informed, but involved in the process. Right now, there is not a lot of room to adjust of plans, but please take a mment and post a comment letting us know wh... Read The Full Article

We released a rather large update to our site. This version (2.3.0) added a lot of functionality to the gaming team system, some features for our general users, and adjusted many things for us on the management side of our site. Without wasting anymore time, I am going to try and summarize some of the key changes we've made in as few words as possible. For Our Users We have added the ability to link your account with gaming systems and games. Right now, this acts as a... Read The Full Article

The GameCube controller was one of the best gaming controllers we've ever seen in my opinion. It's a perfect size and features a lot of buttons yet does not feel to crowded. If you've never used one, you may be getting another chance to use it with this generation of gaming consoles. Nintendo announced the GameCube Controller Adapter for the Wii U. It specifically mentions it being used for Super Smash Bros on the Wii U; but I'd be surprised if it doesn't become a "f... An interesting idea; the Nintendo 2DS seems to target those wanting the games and features of the 3DS, but not the 3D effect. Its being referred to as more of an entry level handheld, though the only actual difference is the lack of 3D support and the look of the device (as you can see in the image below). If you are interested in picking up this new Nintendo handheld, it is set to launch on October 12, 2013 and should be $129.99 (nice when compared to the $170 3D... Read The Full Article

In today's Nintendo Direct, Nintendo had two announcements regarding our hedgehog friend, Sonic. In addition to the announcement about Mario & Sonic At The Winter Olympic Games' online multiplayer capability, Nintendo also confirmed that he will return in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS. While most people did not doubt he would make an appearance, the official confirmation is surely pleasing news to anyone who used them as their main in Brawl.    ... Read The Full Article

Nintendo shared a lot of exciting news at yesterday's E3 digital event. I'm going to cover some of the highlights here in case you didn't have a chance to catch it live! Super Smash Bros. - Wii U and 3DS This title needs no introduction. It's a highly anticipated release. So what's new? They have now added Miis to the list of contenders. You will be able to use your Miis as fighters. The player has the option to select one of three classes for his or her Mii - Bra... Read The Full Article

Hey everyone. Just wanted to apologize for not having this month's nugget up on time. I could spend a few minutes ranting on about it not being ready, it was under cooked, it wasn't crispy enough... but honestly, time just got the best of me. I had the thing ready nearly a week ago; but just never got him online. Anyway, the problem has been resolved as he is officially available. Also, as an apology, this guy is worth 10 additional experience points; so 20 total. Hope... Read The Full Article
